These terms of use govern your access to and use of the Website made available, created, controlled and operated by <\/span>NoCode StartUp<\/b>, a private law legal entity registered under CNPJ no. 49.612.202\/0001-83.<\/span><\/p>

These terms of use aim to define the rules to be followed for the use of the infoproduct. <\/span>NOCODE STARTUP SUBSCRIPTION<\/b>, including all materials, information, documents, ebooks, audiobooks, videobooks and promoted, digital or physical, without prejudice to the application of current legislation.<\/span><\/p>

IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER: BY PURCHASING ACCESS TO THE NOCODE STARTUP SUBSCRIPTION INFOPRODUCT, YOU AUTOMATICALLY AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE, TAKING FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY AND ALL ACTIONS TAKEN BY YOU, ESPECIALLY THOSE THAT VIOLATE THE RULES OF THIS TERMS OF USE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH BELOW OR IF ANY POINT IS UNCLEAR, YOU SHOULD NOT PURCHASE THE INFOPRODUCT UNTIL YOU HAVE RESOLVED ALL YOUR DOUBTS.<\/b><\/p>

THE NOCODE STARTUP SUBSCRIPTION INFOPRODUCT OFFERED BY NOCODE STARTUP IS AN INFOPRODUCT IN EBOOK, AUDIOBOOK AND VIDEOBOOK FORMAT FOR HELPING PEOPLE OF ANY KNOWLEDGE LEVEL TO CREATE AI AGENTS, AI AUTOMATIONS, AI SOFTWARE AND APPS, SAAS AND AI MICRO-SAAS, WITHOUT NEEDING TO LEARN HOW TO PROGRAM.<\/b><\/p>

BY ACCEPTING THESE TERMS, YOU AUTHORIZE NOCODE STARTUP TO REPORT TO THE COMPETENT AUTHORITIES ANY ACT RELATED TO THE INADEQUATE ACCESS AND USE OF THE INFOPRODUCT NOW ACQUIRED, IN WHICH IT CONSIDERS THERE ARE INDICATIONS OF IRREGULARITY OR ILLEGALITY, AND THE STUDENT\/USER REPORTED WILL NOT BE ABLE TO DEMAND ANY TYPE OF COMPENSATION, FOR PATRIMONIAL OR NON-PATRIMONIAL DAMAGE, AS A RESULT OF THIS COMMUNICATION.<\/b><\/p>

Acceptance of these Terms of Use will be made at the time of purchase of the NOCODE STARTUP SUBSCRIPTION infoproduct, at which time you will consent to the rules established in these Terms of Use.<\/span><\/p>

  1. WHO ARE WE?<\/b><\/li><\/ol>

    NOCODE STARTUP is an ecosystem for teaching AI and NoCode technologies. We teach people of any level of knowledge to create AI Agents, AI Automations, AI Software and Apps, AI SaaS and Micro-SaaS, without having to learn how to program.<\/span><\/p>

    1. FROM THE NOCODE STARTUP SUBSCRIPTION INFOPRODUCT<\/b><\/li><\/ol>

      The NOCODE STARTUP SUBSCRIPTION infoproduct is a complete teaching ecosystem that will help you <\/span>to create AI Agents, AI Automations, AI Software and Apps, AI SaaS and AI Micro-SaaS, without having to learn how to program.<\/span><\/p>

      \u00a0<\/span>2.1. <\/b>The NOCODE STARTUP SUBSCRIPTION infoproduct is composed of:<\/span><\/p>

      1. Audiobooks, E-books and videos that make up the Videobooks, teaching materials, handouts and other educational tools provided for in ANNEX I of these Terms of Use.<\/span><\/li>
      2. Complete Videobooks, E-books and Audiobooks of the infoproduct, with the respective registration with the ISBN (International Standard Book Number) under the numbers 978-65-986140-0-3, 978-65-986140-7-2, 978-65-986140-6-5, 978-65-986140-5-8, 978-65-986140-1-0, 978-65-986140-3-4, 978-65-986140-2-7, 978-65-986140-4-1, available on the teaching platform.<\/span><\/li>
      3. Technical support by the Community;<\/span><\/li>
      4. Administrative support via WhatsApp, using the number +55 11 91023-8814<\/span><\/span>\u00a0or <\/span>e-mail, through the address <\/span>support@nocodestartup.io<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

        2.2. <\/b>The User declares to be aware that the infoproduct made available by NOCODE STARTUP is structured in such a way as to achieve the best use, so that it can be made available and delivered in a modular and gradual manner, that is, units or modules become available after a certain period of time, understood as ideal for learning the content of that unit, following the already successful practice of distance learning (EaD) and that such methodology is within the User's learning and usage expectations, not constituting grounds for withdrawal from the contract or interruption of payment of amounts due.<\/span><\/p>

        2.3. <\/b>O <\/span>access to the digital product<\/b> The NOCODE STARTUP subscription, for offers that specify it, is valid for the period of <\/span>01 (one) year<\/b>, starting from the date of confirmation of your registration. <\/span>or<\/span> of a character <\/span>lifetime<\/b>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

        2.3.1. <\/b>If the student\/user wishes to access the service after the access validity period expires (one year), they may renew their access, if the option is available, by paying a new access fee.<\/span><\/p>

        2.3.2.<\/b> The student\/user is aware that lifetime access will be granted to the entire learning ecosystem (videobooks, audiobooks, ebooks, community, Nocode Match, live sessions, and support).<\/b><\/p>

        2.3.3.<\/b> The student community is valid indefinitely, and this access may migrate to another platform or cease to exist at any time at the discretion of NoCode StartUp, whether due to internal or external reasons inherent to its will.<\/span><\/p>

        2.3.4.<\/b> The student\/user is aware that lifetime access guarantees the student\/user the right to access all the content of the NOCODE STARTUP subscription infoproduct made available at the time of purchase, as well as all updates and additions made within this same infoproduct, while it remains active and operational by NOCODE STARTUP. NOCODE STARTUP, however, reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cease the production of new modules, additional content, or updates, without this constituting a breach of contract.<\/b><\/p>

        2.3.4.1.<\/b> The student\/user is aware and agrees that lifetime access does not include, and does not guarantee, any automatic or mandatory right of access to new products, new training programs, new educational paths, or courses launched separately, even if eventually related to the same topic (AI, NoCode, automations, etc.), unless expressly included as a bonus at the time of purchase or through a new purchase.<\/b><\/p>

        2.3.5.<\/b> If the platform of our partners, where the NOCODE STARTUP SUBSCRIPTION infoproduct is available, ceases to exist, NoCode StartUp will have a period of at least 60 (sixty) days to transfer to another platform.<\/span><\/p>

        2.3.6.<\/b> Should Matheus Castelo or Neto Camarano, the experts responsible for the content of the NOCODE STARTUP SUBSCRIPTION infoproduct, pass away or become legally unable (for example, due to probate proceedings, inheritance disputes, or any other relevant legal obstacle) to authorize or enable the continued availability of said infoproduct, NoCode StartUp may, due to force majeure, terminate access to the content, without this generating any obligation to reimburse, refund, or compensate the student\/user.<\/span><\/p>

        2.3.7. <\/b>If any public body, judicial or administrative authority, or professional association officially orders the removal of the NOCODE STARTUP SUBSCRIPTION infoproduct from the air, for any reason, NoCode StartUp may be required to terminate access to the content, without this generating any right to compensation, restitution of amounts, or reimbursement on the part of the company.<\/span><\/p>

        2.3.8. <\/b>If the partnership between Matheus Castelo and Neto Camarano is terminated, making it no longer possible to continue the NOCODE STARTUP SUBSCRIPTION infoproduct, the student\/user's access may be blocked or deleted, and no compensation, refund, or indemnity of any kind will be due from NoCode StartUp.<\/span><\/p>

        2.3.9. <\/b>Lifetime access to the Nocode Startup subscription infoproduct includes the right to access the content purchased by the student\/user as long as Nocode Startup maintains its business activities and as long as the technological infrastructure used to host the content is available.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>

        2.3.9.1.<\/b> In the event of the termination of NOCODE STARTUP's activities or the end of the availability of the technological infrastructure (partner platform), the student\/user will be informed at least 60 (sixty) days in advance and will be entitled to download the materials, audiobooks and ebooks, exclusively for personal use, without redistribution or commercialization, observing the terms of use and current copyright laws.<\/span><\/p>

        2.3.9.2. The term "lifelong" does not imply a perpetual obligation to maintain the company, the digital platform, or to develop new content, being limited to maintaining the content available until the date of eventual termination of NOCODE STARTUP's activities.<\/b><\/p>

        2.3.10.<\/b> The NOCODE STARTUP SUBSCRIPTION is for personal and non-transferable use; therefore, in the event of the student\/user's death, the NOCODE STARTUP SUBSCRIPTION cannot be transferred to third parties, even heirs, nor will there be a refund of the amounts paid. Thus, the deceased's access or account will be deleted.<\/span><\/p>

        2.4. <\/b>In the NOCODE STARTUP SUBSCRIPTION, the student\/user will have access to exclusive bonuses detailed in each offer, which will be an integral part of this Term.<\/span><\/p>

        2.5. <\/b>Furthermore, the following are offered as bonuses:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

        1. Access to the community with thousands of members (<\/span>https:\/\/open.nocodestartup.io\/home<\/span><\/a>);\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
        2. HUB of opportunities to win projects.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

          2.6.<\/b> Support will be provided by the Community for technical questions about the tools and class content and via WhatsApp, using the number +55 11 91023-8814<\/span><\/span>\u00a0or email: <\/span>support@nocodestartup.io<\/span><\/a> for questions regarding subscription, access and commercial questions about No-Code Start-Up.<\/span><\/p>

          2.7. <\/b>Support will respond to the requests mentioned in the previous topic within 48 (forty-eight) business hours, taking into account the service hours, which are on business days, from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm.<\/span><\/p>

          2.8. <\/b>It is important to emphasize that questions regarding the expression of opinions or individual consultations will not be answered, nor on topics that do not fall within the content of the information product.<\/span><\/p>

          1. WHO IS THE NOCODE STARTUP SUBSCRIPTION FOR?<\/b><\/li><\/ol>

            The NOCODE STARTUP SUBSCRIPTION is intended for people of any level of knowledge, who want to learn how to create <\/span>AI Agents, AI Automations, AI Software and Apps, AI SaaS and AI Micro-SaaS, without having to learn to program.<\/span><\/p>

            3.1.<\/b> If you are under 18 (eighteen) years of age, you may not register with ASSINATURA NOCODE STARTUP without your parents' permission or consent, unless you are emancipated, and the completion of the registration and acceptance of these Terms presuppose that this authorization was granted regularly.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

            3.2. BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS, YOU DECLARE THAT YOU HAVE THE NECESSARY LEGAL CAPACITY TO COMPLY WITH AND BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE, BEING AWARE THAT ONCE AN INFRINGEMENT OF THIS CLAUSE IS VERIFIED, ACCESS WILL BE BLOCKED IMMEDIATELY, AND THIS WILL NOT GIVE RIGHT TO ANY INDEMNIFICATION OR REFUND FOR THE PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM NOCODE STARTUP.<\/b><\/p>

            1. HOW TO ACCESS THE NOCODE STARTUP SUBSCRIPTION<\/b><\/li><\/ol>

              Once payment is confirmed, the student\/user will receive access data via registered email.<\/span><\/p>

              4.1. <\/b>For student\/user access, we may request personal information, such as full name, CPF, full address with zip code, email and telephone number.<\/span><\/p>

              4.2. <\/b>The platform that hosts ASSINATURA NOCODE STARTUP is owned by our partners, who may use Cookies. Therefore, by accessing it, the student\/user agrees to the use of cookies in accordance with the Cookie Policy of our partners.<\/span><\/p>

              4.3.<\/b> The student\/user will be allowed to have only one profile for the NOCODE STARTUP SUBSCRIPTION, with their respective information.<\/span><\/p>

              4.4. <\/b>Access to the NOCODE STARTUP SUBSCRIPTION and the support request is personal, individual and non-transferable, and cannot be assigned, shared or sold.<\/span><\/p>

              4.5. <\/b>Simultaneous access to the NOCODE STARTUP SUBSCRIPTION is prohibited, and if any irregularity is found or false information is provided by the student\/user, access will be blocked and\/or the account will be automatically deleted.<\/span><\/p>

              4.6. <\/b>In case of suspected fraud, obtaining of benefit or advantage in an illicit manner, or failure to comply with any conditions set forth in these Terms of Use, NOCODE STARTUP reserves the right to<\/span> suspend or cancel, at any time, the student\/user's access, without any compensation or refund of amounts paid being due, with NOCODE STARTUP having the right to take appropriate action, if necessary, for non-compliance with any conditions set forth in these Terms of Use.<\/span><\/p>

              1. ON THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN NOCODE STARTUP AND THE STUDENT\/USER<\/b><\/li><\/ol>

                5.1. <\/b>By purchasing access to the NOCODE STARTUP SUBSCRIPTION, the student\/user is a contractor of NOCODE STARTUP, not becoming a representative, associate or partner of the latter, and cannot present themselves as if they had a link with the company, and must, when applying the tools taught by the NOCODE STARTUP SUBSCRIPTION, act exclusively in their own name and for their own benefit.<\/span><\/p>

                5.2.<\/b> NOCODE STARTUP does not promise or guarantee that the student\/user will achieve the desired performance, gain or result with the use of the NOCODE STARTUP SUBSCRIPTION, since these may vary according to the dedication, handling and correct application of all the steps taught in the infoproduct, being aware, from now on, that the positive results depend only on the student\/user.<\/span><\/p>

                1. STUDENT\/USER RESPONSIBILITIES\u00a0<\/b><\/li><\/ol>

                  The student\/user<\/span> is exclusively responsible for the use of ASSINATURA NOCODE STARTUP, and must respect the rules of these Terms of Use, as well as the applicable legislation.<\/span><\/p>

                  6.1<\/b>. The student\/user guarantees the veracity of all data provided to NOCODE STARTUP and is responsible for keeping his\/her personal information updated, under penalty of communications sent to the contact means made available by the student\/user being considered valid.<\/span><\/p>

                  6.2. <\/b>NOCODE STARTUP will not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from misuse or inability to access or use the NOCODE STARTUP SUBSCRIPTION, this being the sole responsibility of the student\/user.<\/span><\/p>

                  6.3. <\/b>It is the student\/user's responsibility to keep their login and password safe and out of reach of third parties, as they will be responsible for all actions carried out on or through their account.<\/span><\/p>

                  6.4. <\/b>Considering the characteristics inherent to the internet environment, NOCODE STARTUP<\/span> is not responsible for interruptions or suspensions of connection, incomplete or failed computer transmissions, as well as technical failure of any kind, including, but not limited to, electronic malfunction of any network, hardware or software.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

                  6.5. <\/b>It is the student\/user's responsibility to keep their device environment (computer, cell phone, tablet, among others) safe, using available tools to ensure security.<\/span><\/p>

                  6.6. <\/b>By accepting this term, the student\/user agrees to respect the secrecy, confidentiality, intellectual property and exclusivity of the information shared on all platforms of NOCODE STARTUP infoproducts\/products, both those generated by the company and those of other members of the infoproduct, and any and all forms of storage, sharing, distribution or commercialization, in whole or in part, free or for a fee, of the materials, digital or physical, are prohibited without the due written authorization of the owners.<\/span><\/p>

                  6.7. <\/b>The student\/user also undertakes not to use any information, confidential or otherwise, to which he\/she has access, from other students\/users of ASSINATURA NOCODE STARTUP, for his\/her own benefit or that of third parties, present or future, and the recording and transfer of information obtained during interaction with other students\/users of the infoproduct is prohibited, taking responsibility for the acts carried out by all persons who may eventually have access to this information through him\/her, and thus obliging himself\/herself to compensate for the occurrence of any damage and\/or loss arising from a possible breach of secrecy or confidentiality of any and all third-party information to which he\/she has access as part of ASSINATURA NOCODE STARTUP;<\/span><\/p>

                  6.8. <\/b>It is the student\/user's responsibility to ensure that the information contained in the NOCODE STARTUP SIGNATURE is restricted to the knowledge of only those people who are directly involved in the infoproduct, and that they must pay attention to the existence of this term and the confidential nature of this information.<\/span><\/p>

                  6.9.<\/b> It is the user\/student's duty to maintain cordiality and collaboration for the well-being of the group as a whole. Should they fail to comply with this commitment, affecting harmony and good coexistence with the other members of the group, they will be warned. In case of repeat offenses, they may be removed from the group and lose access to the information product, without refund of the amounts paid.<\/span><\/p>

                  6.10. <\/b>NOCODE STARTUP is not responsible for negotiations, contracts and partnerships carried out between students through the group, community, events and private conversations.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

                  1. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY<\/b><\/li><\/ol>

                    NOCODE STARTUP ACTS AS A MERE FACILITATOR SO THAT STUDENTS\/USERS CAN IMPROVE THEIR KNOWLEDGE BY PROVIDING VIDEOBOOKS, STRATEGIC TOOLS, MATERIALS, EXCHANGE OF INSIGHTS, QUESTIONS AND TESTIMONIALS. THEREFORE, NOCODE STARTUP WILL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FACT THAT THE STUDENT\/USER DOES NOT ACHIEVE THE OBJECTIVES THAT WERE SET WHEN THEY ACQUIRED ACCESS TO THE NOCODE STARTUP SUBSCRIPTION, IF THEY DO NOT FOLLOW THE ENTIRE METHOD ESTABLISHED IN THE VIDEOBOOKS AND MATERIALS, NOR WILL THEY BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COMMENTS SHOWN BY THE STUDENT\/USER AND OTHER STUDENTS\/USERS IN THE EXCLUSIVE MEMBERS AREA. <\/b><\/b><\/p>

                    \u00a0<\/p>

                    1. PROHIBITION ON SENDING MATERIALS\/CONTENT ON THE PLATFORMS<\/b><\/li><\/ol>

                      NOCODE STARTUP does not allow any student\/user to present, publish or make available, in the members area or in the NOCODE STARTUP SUBSCRIPTION student group, content or information of text, image, audio or video that is not related to the infoproduct purchased.<\/span><\/p>

                      8.1. <\/b>The publication of third-party content and information in the members area or in the official ASSINATURA NOCODE STARTUP group is only permitted with the written consent of the owner\/holder, with due credit to the author of the content and information being disclosed by the student\/user, under penalty of the latter being held liable for any damage caused to third parties.<\/span><\/p>

                      8.2. <\/b>By providing any content in the NOCODE STARTUP SUBSCRIPTION member area, the student\/user grants NOCODE STARTUP the management of this information for an indefinite period, free of charge and transferable, without the need for further notice and without the need for any payment, as long as this is related to the NOCODE STARTUP SUBSCRIPTION.<\/span><\/p>

                      8.3. <\/b>NOCODE STARTUP may analyze, monitor and remove student\/user content, at its sole discretion, at any time and for the reasons described in these Terms of Use or for misuse of the application, without prior notice.<\/span><\/p>

                      8.4. <\/b>It is prohibited to publish any content in the members area or in the student group that is threatening, false or fraudulent, religious, political, homophobic, prejudiced, discriminatory, defamatory, slanderous, injurious, violent, pornographic, obscene, offensive or illicit, in vulgar language or that incites hate speech, in addition to advertising\/commercial propaganda of any product, on any platform related to the NOCODE STARTUP SUBSCRIPTION, according to the investigation and criteria established by NOCODE STARTUP itself, being permitted, only, to deal with subjects related to those addressed in the NOCODE STARTUP SUBSCRIPTION.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

                      8.5. <\/b>The student\/user is prohibited from using NOCODE STARTUP's communication channels to prospect clients, promote products\/services, quizzes, surveys, events or any other purpose, for their own benefit or that of a third party, other than the exchange of experience involving the NOCODE STARTUP SUBSCRIPTION, under penalty of being removed from all platforms related to the infoproduct, without refund of the amounts paid.<\/span><\/p>

                      8.6. <\/b>It is not permitted to form parallel groups on WhatsApp, Telegram, e-mail, and\/or through other social and communication networks that mention or reference the infoproduct ASSINATURA NOCODE STARTUP, that use the name of ASSINATURA NOCODE STARTUP or the company NOCODE STARTUP, or any other identification that simulates an official space of the infoproduct or the company and that may confuse other students\/users, under penalty of immediate exclusion of the student\/user from the infoproduct and access to their respective materials, without financial reimbursement.<\/span><\/p>

                      8.7.<\/b> It is possible that the material, members area, videobooks, etc., related to the NOCODE STARTUP SUBSCRIPTION, may contain links to third-party websites and applications. This does not imply, in any way, that NOCODE STARTUP is responsible for their content, accuracy, policies, practices or opinions. Therefore, we recommend that you read the terms of use and privacy policies of links to third-party websites and applications that you visit or use.<\/span><\/p>

                      8.8. <\/b>The student\/user undertakes not to violate the rights of third parties, especially image, voice, honor, privacy, copyright and personality rights, being responsible for all acts performed in the infoproduct, including acts that third parties may eventually perform in their name.<\/span><\/p>

                      1. STUDENT\/USER PRIVACY AND DATA<\/b><\/li><\/ol>

                        NOCODE STARTUP undertakes to process the information and personal data of users\/students in accordance with the <\/span>General Data Protection Law (LGPD)<\/b>, using the data provided, exclusively for NOCODE STARTUP infoproducts\/products.<\/span><\/p>

                        9.1. <\/b>By accepting this term, the student\/user consents to NOCODE STARTUP processing data, that is, using the data made available due to the acquisition of the NOCODE STARTUP SUBSCRIPTION, using their personal data, whether sensitive or not, in accordance with articles 7 and 11 of Law No. 13,709\/2018.<\/span><\/p>

                        9.2. <\/b>NOCODE STARTUP may keep the data provided by the student\/user for an indefinite period for its exclusive use, prohibiting access by third parties, in accordance with art. 16, item IV of Law No. 13,709\/18, or until the student\/user who owns the data requests removal.<\/span><\/p>

                        1. NOCODE STARTUP SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENT<\/b><\/li><\/ol>

                          The acquisition of the NOCODE STARTUP SUBSCRIPTION is carried out for a fee, through the partner platform.<\/span><\/p>

                          10.1. <\/b>The value of the NOCODE STARTUP SUBSCRIPTION may vary for each class, which is why the purchaser is required to pay the nominal price described in the offer to which they subscribe.<\/span><\/p>

                          10.2. <\/b>Payment can be made by cash card, installment card, recurring credit card, cash PIX, installment PIX, cash bill and installment bill depending on the offer that the student\/user subscribes to.<\/span><\/p>

                          10.2.1.<\/b> If the student\/user chooses to pay by credit card and there is not enough balance (limit) to pay for it, the platform will automatically charge only the first installment of the product, that is, this option will only be effective (possible to be carried out) if there is not enough balance at the time of contracting. If there is a balance available, the remaining installments (amount chosen by the student\/user) to pay for the offer will be released on the same day and the card limit will be used.<\/span><\/p>

                          10.2.2.<\/b> In the case of Smart Installments, the student\/user is fully responsible for having the limit on the card corresponding to the amount of the installment to be debited monthly. The student\/user is aware and agrees that the payment platform will attempt to charge the amount until the limit is available for charging the installment in question and if the charge is made on another date, causing the charging of 2 or more installments in the same month, they will not be able to complain or request cancellation, since this will only happen solely and exclusively due to the student\/user's fault.<\/b>
                          <\/span>10.3. <\/b>NOCODE STARTUP reserves the right to establish, remove and\/or review the price for all its infoproducts at any time, never changing the value of your subscription, and also reserves the right to create strategic discounts, according to your convenience\/need.<\/span><\/p>

                          10.4. <\/b>Payment confirmation will occur in accordance with the policy of the platform responsible for payment intermediation.<\/span><\/p>

                          10.5. <\/b>If NOCODE STARTUP creates a promotional code, it must be used legally for the purpose and\/or specific audience\/user for which it is intended, following all its conditions.<\/span><\/p>

                          10.5.1. <\/b>The promotional code may be cancelled if it is found that it has been transferred, sold or used in error, fraud, illegality or in violation of the conditions of the respective code.<\/span><\/p>

                          10.6. <\/b>Considering that payment is made on a third-party platform, NOCODE STARTUP<\/span> is not responsible for the leak of data provided for payment purposes. Therefore, the student\/user must read the terms and privacy policies of other platforms that they visit, using the available tools to ensure the security of the data to be provided.<\/span><\/p>

                          10.7. <\/b>The student\/user will receive two invoices for the purchase of the NOCODE STARTUP SUBSCRIPTION, which will be issued automatically within 08 (eight) business days after purchase, with the same data that the student\/user provides at the time of registration, and will be sent by email.<\/span><\/p>

                          10.7.1. The student\/user will receive two invoices, one for the provision of services and another for the product delivered in its entirety through ebook, audiobook and videobook.<\/b><\/p>

                          10.7.2 The invoice for the service will be equivalent to 46.76% (forty-six point seventy-six percent) of the total value and the invoice for the product will be equivalent to 53.24% (fifty-three point twenty-four percent) of the total value, which together total the amount paid by the student\/user.<\/b><\/p>

                          10.7.3.<\/b> Invoices will be issued according to the value of the infoproduct, not including any charges (interest, fines, etc.) arising from the installment payment, since the interest arising from the installment payment remains with the payment platform and is not passed on to NOCODE STARTUP.<\/span><\/p>

                          10.8.<\/b> The possibility of installment payments granted is a means of facilitating payment, but does not prevent NOCODE STARTUP from demanding full payment of the value of the product purchased, since the purchase of the information product is made in cash, but with the benefit granted by NOCODE STARTUP of making payment in installments.<\/span><\/p>

                          10.9. In the event of default for 05 (five) days or more, NOCODE STARTUP may block the student\/user's access to the infoproduct and its respective materials and meetings until the debt is fully settled.<\/b><\/p>

                          10.9.1. <\/b>If the student\/user regularizes the situation, the duration of access to the infoproduct will not be extended, whether for a period shorter, equal or longer than the period that was suspended, since the default is due exclusively to the student\/user, and NOCODE STARTUP cannot be held responsible.<\/span><\/p>

                          10.9.2. In the case of installment payments for the infoproduct, non-payment of installments for more than 05 (five) days may lead to the total suspension of the infoproduct, incidence of interest, fines, protest of the debt and inclusion of the student\/user's name in credit protection services.<\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

                          1. RETURN OF MONEY \u2013 UNCONDITIONAL GUARANTEE<\/b><\/li><\/ol>

                            NOCODE STARTUP guarantees the right to regret provided for in article 49 of the Consumer Defense Code - CDC, and the user may cancel the information product within a period of 7 (seven) days. Therefore, in case of regret, you may request a full refund of the amount actually paid within 7 (seven) days, counting from the date of purchase of the NOCODE STARTUP SUBSCRIPTION information product.<\/span><\/p>

                            11.2. AFTER THE UNCONDITIONAL GUARANTEE PERIOD OF 7 (SEVEN) DAYS, CONSIDERING THE LIFETIME NATURE OF THE OFFER AND THE IMMEDIATE AND COMPLETE DELIVERY OF THE ENTIRE PRODUCT (E-BOOKS, AUDIOBOOKS, VIDEOBOOKS), THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OF ANY AMOUNT, WHETHER TOTAL OR PARTIAL.<\/b><\/p>

                            11.3. <\/b>If a refund is requested within the period set out in item 11 of this term, this will be made through the platform responsible for intermediating payments, so that the period for the refund will occur in accordance with its policy or in accordance with the refund policy of the credit card operator itself, in the amount actually paid by the student\/user, taking into account the possibility of purchasing with a discount provided for in item 10.3.<\/span><\/p>

                            11.4. <\/b>The NOCODE STARTUP SUBSCRIPTION is for personal and non-transferable use. Therefore, in the event of the student\/user's death, the infoproduct cannot be transferred to third parties, even heirs, nor will there be a refund of the amounts paid, and the access and\/or account of the <\/span>deceased<\/span><\/i> deleted.<\/span><\/p>

                            1. CONSENTS<\/b><\/li><\/ol>

                              By accepting this term and acquiring access to the NOCODE STARTUP SUBSCRIPTION, the student\/user authorizes NOCODE STARTUP to use any content that they have, including testimonials, contributions, participations and insights, whether through video, audio, text, images or other material or content that the student\/user publishes on the platforms linked to the NOCODE STARTUP SUBSCRIPTION, to reproduce, publish and distribute in any media, free of charge and royalty-free.<\/span><\/p>

                              12.1.<\/b> Any need to disclose videos or images not covered by this term of use, NOCODE STARTUP will always request new consent from the student\/user, reserving the right to remove any content or part of content mentioned in this item 12, at any time, as long as previously requested by the student\/user.<\/span><\/p>

                              12.2.<\/b> The student\/user authorizes, free of charge, the use of his\/her image (whether through texts, photos, videos, audios and any other source), to illustrate videos, TV commercials, advertising and promotional pieces, whether or not included in campaigns, of a commercial and institutional nature, intended to promote products, names, brands, services or any other name or activity linked to ASSINATURA NOCODE STARTUP.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

                              1. COPYRIGHT<\/b><\/li><\/ol>

                                All rights relating to the NOCODE STARTUP SUBSCRIPTION, as well as its pre-launch, content produced directly or indirectly, materials, tools, videobooks, information and the entire strategy that makes up the aforementioned infoproduct, are the exclusive property of NOCODE STARTUP.<\/span><\/p>

                                13.1. <\/b>The content of NOCODE STARTUP is protected by Copyright and Intellectual Property Law.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

                                13.2. <\/b>It is prohibited to use, copy, share, reproduce, publicly display, modify, translate, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, upload, license, rent, sell, exploit and reverse engineer, in whole or in part, any content of ASSINATURA NOCODE STARTUP without the prior express consent of NOCODE STARTUP.<\/span><\/p>

                                13.3. <\/b>Any unauthorized use of NOCODE STARTUP content will be considered a violation of copyright and intellectual property rights, subject to compensation.<\/span><\/p>

                                13.4. <\/b>Violation of copyright is a crime punishable by imprisonment and fines (art. 184 of the Penal Code), without prejudice to the search and seizure of the material and applicable patrimonial and moral compensation (arts. 101 to 110 of Law No. 9,610\/1998 \u2013 Copyright Law), in addition to exclusion from the NOCODE STARTUP SUBSCRIPTION.<\/span><\/p>

                                1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY<\/b><\/li><\/ol>

                                  NOCODE STARTUP guarantees that all rights, titles and interests (including, but not limited to, copyright and other intellectual property rights) on the infoproducts and launches, in person or online, made available by it, will remain under its ownership, and the use, in whole or in part, for a fee or free of charge, of our content without formal written authorization is prohibited, under penalty of adoption of the appropriate legal measures.<\/span><\/p>

                                  14.1.<\/b> The student\/user will not acquire any ownership rights over the NOCODE STARTUP contents when accessing the NOCODE STARTUP SUBSCRIPTION.<\/span><\/p>

                                  14.2. STUDENTS\/USERS ARE PROHIBITED FROM DOWNLOADING CONTENT WITH THE INTENTION OF STORING IT IN A DATABASE TO OFFER TO THIRD PARTIES. CONTENT MADE AVAILABLE BY NOCODE STARTUP IS ALSO PROHIBITED FROM BEING USED TO CREATE A DATABASE OR SERVICE THAT MAY COMPETE IN ANY WAY WITH THE BUSINESS OF NOCODE STARTUP.<\/b><\/p>

                                  1. COPYRIGHT\/PERSONALITY RIGHT INFRINGEMENT<\/b><\/li><\/ol>

                                    Reports of copyright infringement of any content available in the application must be sent to the official support channel, at the email address <\/span>support@nocodestartup.io<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>

                                    15.1. <\/b>If anyone believes that any comment or video published by a student\/user violates their personal rights, such as honor, image, voice, name, privacy, they may submit a complaint through the official support channel, at the electronic address <\/span>support@nocodestartup.io<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>

                                    15.2.<\/b> NOCODE STARTUP may, but shall not be obliged, to remove the reported content, notifying the Notifier and communicating the measure to the student\/user, in accordance with current legislation.<\/span><\/p>

                                    1. MONITORING AND SECURITY<\/b><\/li><\/ol>

                                      NOCODE STARTUP spares no effort to guarantee the privacy and security of your application in the internet environment.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

                                      16.1. <\/b>NOCODE STARTUP may monitor data and access of students\/users on the platforms to ensure proper use of the acquired information product.<\/span><\/p>

                                      16.2. <\/b>In this application, data mining of any type or kind, use of message bots, mass operations are prohibited, under penalty of application of Brazilian criminal legislation and compensation for damages arising from this use.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

                                      1. OF THE CERTIFICATE<\/b><\/li><\/ol>

                                        17.1. <\/b>THE NOCODE STARTUP SIGNATURE <\/span>\u00a0<\/b>is an infoproduct that offers a certificate of completion, issued by NOCOTE STARTUP.<\/span><\/p>

                                        17.1.1.<\/b> The certificate is only issued online and cannot be sent in printed form to the student\/user's home.<\/span><\/p>

                                        17.2. <\/b>Upon completion <\/span>80% <\/b>of the modules contained within the ASSINATURA NOCODE STARTUP teaching platform, you can request your certificate, according to the following rules.<\/span><\/p>

                                        17.3. <\/b>The NOCODE STARTUP SUBSCRIPTION certificate will only be provided to the student\/user who has paid 100% (one hundred percent) of the course payment.<\/span><\/p>

                                        17.4.<\/b> The student\/user must request their certificate of completion and university extension through support via the electronic address <\/span>support@nocodestartup.io<\/span><\/a>.<\/b><\/p>

                                        1. TERMS OF USE UPDATES<\/b><\/li><\/ol>

                                          NOCODE STARTUP reserves the right to change these Terms of Use whenever necessary to guarantee the functionality, improvements and updates of the information products offered.<\/span><\/p>

                                          18.1. <\/b>These Terms of Use will always indicate the update date or current version.<\/span><\/p>

                                          18.2. <\/b>If relevant changes are made to these Terms of Use, this update will be sent to the email provided by the student\/user when purchasing the infoproduct, to declare their knowledge and consent.<\/span><\/p>

                                          18.3.<\/b> If the student\/user does not keep their data updated as per item 6.1, the email sent with the update of the Terms of Use will be considered valid, received and accepted by the student\/user.<\/span><\/p>

                                          18.4. <\/b>Any tolerances or concessions, when not expressed in writing, will not constitute precedents that can be invoked by the student\/user and will not have the effect of altering the obligations stipulated in these Terms of Use.<\/span><\/p>

                                          18.5.<\/b> Lifetime access grants the student\/user the right to access all NOCODE STARTUP SUBSCRIPTION content available at the time of purchase and all updates made while the product is active. However, NOCODE STARTUP reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cease producing new updates or modules, without this constituting a breach of contract.<\/span><\/p>

                                              Before resorting to any external consumer rights protection body, the student\/user undertakes to try to resolve any disagreement, complaint or dissatisfaction directly with NOCODE STARTUP, through the support and communication channels made available for this purpose.<\/span><\/p>

                                              20.1 <\/b>The student\/user must initiate this conflict resolution process by contacting NOCODE STARTUP support, describing in detail the nature of the complaint or problem faced.<\/span><\/p>

                                              20.2. <\/b>NOCODE STARTUP undertakes to provide a timely and reasonable response to the student\/user's complaint within 03 (three) business days, seeking to resolve the issue in the best possible way, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.<\/span><\/p>

                                              20.3. <\/b>The student\/user agrees to act in good faith throughout the dispute resolution process, providing accurate information and cooperating with NOCODE STARTUP to find a mutually acceptable solution.<\/span><\/p>

                                              20.4. <\/b>The student\/user recognizes the importance of effective communication and the search for amicable solutions as a means of promoting moral effectiveness and trust in consumer relations.<\/span><\/p>

                                              1. APPLICABLE LAW \/ JURISDICTION<\/b><\/li><\/ol>

                                                The Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

                                                21.1.<\/b> The Court of the District of Florian\u00f3polis\/SC is elected as the competent court to resolve any issues that may arise from this document, with express waiver of any other, however privileged it may be.<\/span><\/p>

                                                With the student\/user's agreement, these terms will govern the contractual relationship established between the parties.<\/span><\/p>
